The process is the same as if we were picking up nonpackaged food waste. You’ll be provided with 4’x4’ plastic totes and a trailer to store them in. When we pick up the trailer, we’ll drop off fully sanitized totes and a different trailer to start all over again. Our trailers are locked tight, so you won’t have any issues with rodents or birds getting in. We make your Bakery waste management process as simple and sanitary.
